Guest guest
Really that is a huge generalization, Joe, to say that all politicians are in bed with big business. Not all politicians are corrupt. There are some out there who are really trying hard to do the right thing. I know a few of them myself. And trust me Joe, I am fighting back. Let me tell you what I am doing for the cause of raw dairy since you mention it. 1.) I am writing a raw milk bill that two of my politicians are helping me refine and that we will present to the state's Ag. committee of the House in the 2005 or 2006 legislative session. 2.) I have also written a cow-share brochure explaining and promoting cowshares to farmers for national distribution by the Weston Price Foundation. 3.) In addition to that, I have taped a television commercial promoting raw dairy to the public for national TV spots. 4.) And in addition to that I have rallied a small army of folks, as in a few hundred, in my state and they are ready to lobby with me this Fall for the new raw milk bill. 5.) In addition, I have created a Powerpoint presentation (that Sally Fallon loaned me to adapt for raw milk) at my website (that I also created) called www.tennesseansforraawmilk.com that anyone can download for free to present as often as they like as much as they like. I myself use that presentation at the many food conferences and farms I am asked to speak at each year. 6.) In addition I refer hundreds of sick and searching people a year to raw milk and grassfed meat sources in my area and others to support local farms and the cause of raw dairy in general. Is that enough fighting back for you? Guest guest
Hey , You're awesome. Maybe not perfect, but still awesome. Good work!!! Too bad you aren't part of Bush's cabinet. You'd make a great agriculture czar.
