Great job Kassia! I'm sure when I try to do S90D, it will kick my butt and I will drip sweat...oh, that's good right? JenSubject: S90/Firm CardioTo: exercisevideos Date: Monday, March 14, 2011, 7:27 PM

Started the day back to Supreme 90's chest and back.

Much easier to breeze through this time but that doesn't mean easy. Nothing about these workouts are easy that is for sure. My only major struggle was the renegade rows with pushups(push ups with dumbbells into

back row); this seems to be a hard exercise for me. Since I was TIRED and still trying to finish a paper I left the workout at that. Before dinner instead of doing kettlebells(b/c my ass is sore from yesterday!!!) I went with Firm Super Cardio Sculpt.

This is more "cardio" then the Firm usually does, although they still use light weights during cardio segments known as "four limb". Some ideal from this does come from sports conditioning or integrated metabolic circuits, but more on that when i actually read more books on the topic. For now, this workout was the lighter cardio I needed for the

day with more basic choreography. I did break a sweat so I know whatever I did to modify a move (either more or less intense) was working for me without wiping me out completely. I also did my 5 sets of pushups but my max set didn't go very well, like it was suppose to with S90 on the card today LOL. Just finished dinner and now time to do HOMEWORK! You think those days were over bwahahahahahaha!
