I love the fact that my baby grains can resurrect P & H milk enough to be able to make cheese! And yes, I'm using storebought P & H right now...but my Jersey should get here next month! Usually it's about $20 for overnight, and $10 for two/three day delivery (via USPS or UPS). You are welcome to contact me off-list to obtain some.
