I hope this hasn't already been covered, but we use the Kirkman's liquid TMG

because it tastes great and is terrific for mixing with other, not-so-nice,

supps. Having said that, I'll switch to the Life Extension TMG powder if it's

thought to be better. Is there a difference between various forms and brands of

TMG? Advice please!!

I use Life Extension because that's the one Jill used, but TMG is not

such a special formula that it has to be any special lab, and I have no

reason to think Kirkman's isn't just fine. Dr. JM
