Hi,

It could be

Kost 12 BE (Broteinheit)

1 Broteinheit = 12 g of carbohydrates

Hi all,

I am working on a medical report, and at the end of a list of

medications for the patient to continue with when discharged from

the hospital is this:

" Kost 12 BF " (could also be BE - the fax is poor quality)

The patient is insulin-dependent diabetic, has high blood pressure

and requires dialysis. He has just been discharged after being

treated for a splenic abscess. The other medications are:

Tavanic (levofloxacin) 500

Lorzaar 50 (losartan potassium)

Cynt 0.4 (moxonidine)

Concor 10 LTA (bisoprolol, film-coated tablets)

Sortis 20 mg TAB (atorvastatin tablets)

Pantozol 40 (pantoprazole)

Saroten Retard 50 mg KAP (amitryptylin capsules)

Valeron N TRO (tilidin/naloxone drops)

Actraphane 30/70

Any hints would be greatly appreciated :)

Thanks in advance!
