Cranberries, raspberries and blackberries are okay too.

Nope. All apples are major yeast feeders.

that's funny, because whenever you read (non asd) literature about getting

rid of candida, including all the books by brenda watson of renew life products,

they say to avoid all fruits with the exception of granny smith apples.

All the teaching on yeasts that I have read say that all apple and grape

products feed yeast. However, I've never research granny smith apples

particularly, as they are quite tart for most children. I think if yeast is
