Hi all,

I am trying to find the English translation for a term in a German document on

myocardial infarctions. There is a " Z.n. Myokardialinfarkt " and a " Z.n.

Vorderwandinfarkt " [anterior wall infarction], as well as a " ZnMI " . (zn

myocardial infarction) It seems to be a type of infarction; there is an " aMI " in

the same list, and it stands for acute myocardial infarction.

Thanks very much for any pointers, since I have not been able to find a

definition of what it is, or what it might be in English.
