Guest guest Posted January 23, 2011 Report Share Posted January 23, 2011 I only got one workout in, but did do some laundry and house cleaning1/23/2011 Sun 7 FE Cycle 1 Ignite Cardio AM - So I'm at setpoint / plateau madness - yuck!!! I'm pretty sure what is happening is that by the evil scale my fat loss is offset by increased muscle (a very good thing). My scale nunbers go up and down but not low enough to keep losing my measurements stay as is or with teeny loses, my challenge is to keep with it until my body gets back to releasing body fat and trusts my eating will fuel my muscles. All of this stuff has taken a little bit out of my motivation and ability to give workouts my all. I decided that to overcome my silly mental state an d emotionally low energy I would use my FIRM weighted gloves, it was a very good idea. My heartrate got pumping, endorphins started flowing and I got a LOT more out of this workout than I would have otherwise. Who knows, adding the gloves for the next few weeks might even help blast me out of this rut (fingers crossed)After logging this I realized that I've not been drinking enough water or having my daily salads in the last few weeks. I've lost about 35 pounds in 4 months and my best weeks are with proper sleep, water and salads...and having one free day or free meal each week.
