Shari,

Just to check that you're comfortable giving your daughter 1 1/2 cups clay

per bath...I don't know how big she is, but it's more than the 1/2 cup I was

advised for our 40 lb. boy. On the other hand, maybe we were advised too

cautiously....

The clay seemed to make our daughter burn when she goes to the bathroom, but

DMSA and DMPS did the same thing. She's doing better. She's had 4 baths I

think - 3 baths and the first was a foot bath. She's not complaining about

burning anymore. I completely forgot to order the tea because I want to try

it, too. I still have the info. Let me know how it goes.

I'm not really sure how much to give. I started out with the foot bath and

that was only about 1/2 cup. Our daughter is almost 10 and weighs 79 pounds.

I've been letting her take the bath outside in a small pool. The water isn't

as deep as a tub so she's not soaking completely. I just haven't gotten her

in the tub, yet. Are you filling the tub over his waist using 1/2 cup? I

have the water in the pool just up to her behind. Are you supposed to let

them play with toys or anything? I know you're not supposed to let aluminum

touch it. She's been playing with Barbie and Ariel.

Thanks for all the great info. Seems like there's very little downside. We'll

give it a go.

Anyone know if you can use the clay if you have amalgams?
