Does that not result in the KT fermenting on and becoming much more acidic? i don't do that and only bottle in glass (don't drink soda's and don't believe plastic bottles for water are OK for storing KT, even with plain water one should emtpy the bottle in 2 days, because the oxygen makes certain particles from the plastic resolve in the water). I've had some 'champagne' but only when opening a bottle.
