Guest guest
I function the same way Penny and I had the same question on my mind for a while. I'm curious as to how others do it. Have any of you had forms printed in carbonless copies ? What are the costs ? Thanks in advance ? Ghislaine Reid, IBCLC
Guest guest
Hello, I am relatively new to this group. I have been reading your posts with great interest for a while, waiting for an opportunity to introduce myself... I was certified in 2002, and since then have been working in private practice in Laval (Quebec), as well as operating a bilingual breastfeeding information website. These days, my dream of opening a lactation clinic in Laval are coming true... It is very exciting, but a bit nerve-wracking, because we want to do it right. I have been very happy to read about all of your experiences. I had my forms printed on carbonless copy paper. It is not any more complicated than printing on regular paper, and not very expensive... but so convenient! Guest guest
Hi all, Like Lyla, I do not give clients a copy of the intake form / contract. For documents like the care plan, I print two copies on my computer - one for the client and one for the folder. I looked into using carbonless copy paper and started by searching on Google. I immediately came up with a long list of sites about the health hazards of using this product and I decided not to use it.
