Cardio Sculpt! Express PM - Week queing, poor transitions but an effective workout. I'll have to do rotation that includes Slim Series Express workouts regularly, in the future. TTZ Stretch PM - I'd planned to do a toning workout but I'm way too sore from last week, yowza PFH 1 Cardio Move It PM - using the pink band this go around and I felt it on the lower body floor work (good) ouch 1/18/2011 Tue 2 FE Cycle 1 Ignite Cardio AM - Whew! I don't know if it's because it's first thing in the morning or if it's because I didn't have my 40 calories whey protein drink before this morning's workout but today this one kicked my butt. Yay! TTZ Arm & Shoulder Sculpt PM - DOMS Ouch TTZ Butt & Thigh Blaster PM - DOMS Ouch PFH 1 Cardio Move It PM - DOMS Ouch and I have FE Ignite Sculpt tomorrow, did I mention the muscle soreness, I'm going to have a Shakeology drink to (hopefully) help me recover, yowza 1/19/2011 Wed 3 FE Cycle 1 Ignite Sculpt AM - Upped my poundage this time and figured out a better way to modify plank moves, or should I say a more intense way that matches my improved strength without hurting my knees. I so simple, slightly bend my knees. It's embarrasingly simple TTZ Sleek & Sexy Abs PM - nice and effective, well, at least I was challenged PFH 3 Core - Body Balance PM - sneeks up on me again, I was going to write how gentle and relaxing, blah, blah, blah. Two hours later my legs are fried…thanks I need to focus on my lower body…I this is a core workout, lol. 1/20/2011 Thu 4 REST 1/21/2011 Fri 5 FE Cycle 1 Ignite Sculpt AM - Used 5 and 7 pounds, will increase poundage next week TTZ Total Body Zone PM - I didn't have much to give this workout so I didn't even break out in a glow, lol. Oh well, I’m going to get ready for bed after doing Strong Pull PFH 4 Sculpt - Strong Pull PM - Oops I used the pink band in error, I meant to go up in resistance not down. Found that I'm not strong enough for the green band yet so with purple I stay…maybe with weighted gloves. 1/22/2011 Sat 6 FE Cycle 1 Cardio + Sculpt AM - woohoo!! I was able to do mountain climbers using the 8" step! This is huge for me, HUGE. I was using the armrest of my couch, then sometimes used the 14" step. When I found that keeping my knees slightly bent removed knee pain I thought I would try going all the way to the floor, long legs and short waist makes that physically difficult so I'm going to use the 8" step, it's really challenging for me...it might sound silly I'm really happy and proud. PFH 5 Cardio Power Up PM - I added weighted gloves and still got a mellow workout, too mellow, I wanted something more… Ended up doing TheFIRM Fat-Burning Sculpting Ball Workout TF Fat-Burning Sculpting Ball workout PM - I have the 4 lb scupting ball and it was what I needed tonight, in fact, I'm going to have to schedule it in more often as I keep forgetting how much I like this compact total body toning workout (and I areally like Tina Smalley) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm still looking at the scale because for as well as I've done over the last four months my number is still too high for me to focus on mainly inch loss. I have to lose 9 lbs to be back where I started at the end of October...it's very depressing to me! Try changing up what you are eating and change your exercises around making them more or less intense. You should also see if you are low in vitamin D because that can cause weight gain. It's especially important for dark skinned people as it takes them longer to process the vitamin when they are exposed to sunshine. I was very low in vitamin D but now my levels are normal. It gave me more energy and I think helped with weight loss...at least a little.
