I have to translate the following:

I would really appreciate if someone could give

an idea on how this should be translated. I have

strated to translate it but I'd like to have a

second opinion, and I'm also not too sure about

the end:

au XXX (définies en tant que prescrivant du XXX à

haute dose [> 100 prescriptions de XXX/an] et YYY

Il porte sur la la rentabilité de chaque dollar investi dans la promotion

pharmaceutique et donne à l'expression " panel physicians " une autre

acception (médecins appartenant à divers groupes définis/ étudiés " en

termes de comportement de prescription " ).
