This would probably refer to a manual counter where you push a lever

for each type of cell you see looking at the cells through the

microscope. They could right-handed or left-handed models.

Yes, I was thinking along the same line - but wasn't sure without more

context.

This would probably refer to a manual counter where you push a lever
