Guest guest Posted June 22, 2004 Report Posted June 22, 2004 I was given Creme Fraiche starterf a couple of weeks ago, and thought the lady said to culture it every couple of weeks. But when I looked at the instructions she'd kindly written out, it said weekly. The resulting stuff is very thin, not thick like what I started with. Did I ruin it? Any suggestions?
