Hi canadiangirlsdream - I am new to this forum also to KT making - my first

batch is brewing right now - I am keeping my fingers crossed - where are you in

Canada? - I am in Niagara Falls - anyone else out there in my area?

embarking on an exciting journey! First batches usually do fine...

I am in Toronto/Scarborough. Where did you get your starter from?
