Guest guest Posted July 18, 2006 Report Posted July 18, 2006 Patty, Glad to help. Yes, it is quite normal. Kombucha creates balance. I imagine that those who needed to gain weight might well be able to do so with the help of KT. But yes, many people report a welcome loss of poundage with regular KT intake. My impression is that it raises the metabolism, but that may just be for me. I know for sure it makes the body more efficient at nutrient uptake, which actually can help lose weight (contrary to some people's assumption) because, whatever the body doesn't know what to do with, it stores as fat. So if your body becomes smarter and more efficient at nutrient intake, it is using more of the nutrients (to build health, energy, and vitality) and storing less of them as fat. And, paying attention to the quality of the calories given the body will pay off even more as a result. For health. --V >Thank you for relying.
