Guest guest
Dear Ashok, Yes! Again Believing is seeing. The photo that I uploaded is just 2 years old. Believe it or not! As proof, my other photo is present from the Mumbai Alumni meet dated just last year. Open that folder and see. I have aged gracefully. Physically, that is! Mentally .... Controversy exists!* That is why I keep insisting that I am not Old! Samjhe? Kishore Shah 1974 *Many of my patients cannot believe that I have a son in 1st MBBS. Guest guest
I agree sir,you don't look old at all....or rather I should say you don't look your age....Though your mail was to convince Ashok sir but it piqued my curiosity too as I also thought that the solo pic of yours was from your medical college days...Must say I was impressed.... Guest guest
R V talking current photos, Kishore, 'cos the next game would be to guess when the photo you uploaded was taken...the era rather than year should be acceptable:) Nadu '82 Kishore Shah wrote: An important point raised in the chat was that hardly any member had uploaded their photos on the web site. Guest guest
Kishore This answers my earlier question. But I'm not surprised since I had a similar experience when Dr Kalantri visited us last year. I had volunteered to pick him up at the airport and asked him to send me his photo, which was no different to my memory from 15 years ago. In fact when we met I realised that the photo he sent me did not do him justice. While we were driving we started chatting about the time he joined MGIMS, which was soon after his MD from Nagpur and probably a year before you finished yours from MGIMS. So I reckon you're quite close to each other in terms of age and have both reached that time (standing still!) in one's life when one becomes ageless. I realise a note of optimism has crept in because I was 40 recently and not feeling too bright after the celebrations (otherwise recognised as the well known phenomenon of the morning after the night before) but soon perked up when I realised that all my batchmates (1982), with the exception of the ladies, will be undergoing the same transformation. Guest guest
Actually Kishore looks a teenager (with a sparse moustache, mischievous looks and all) in the photo he uploaded. Kishore, are you sure that image has not been through PhotoShop? :-D Ravin '
