2 yr old+allergies+skin problems ???

She has been suffering from " food allergies " since 3 months old, and from

horrible skin rashes from head to toe. The doctors have tested her for

everything you could even imagine. They left it as food allergies and eczema. >>

Is there any possibility it could be this?
