He has some difficulty with his left side (hemi-paresis) and he has very little speech. Sam communicates mostly with sign language. Does Autumn use any sign language? It is so hard to know how the kids are doing cognitively when they have so little language. It sounds like Autumn is doing really well. I would love to hear more about her.
