Guest guest Posted July 23, 2006 Report Posted July 23, 2006 The stress from kt, comes, by watching the jugs do their things, and knowing you are almost out of kt, The longest week of your life.....I really don't know about stress.....I always said, If you can do something about anything then do it, if you can't or won't, then don't worry about it.......Has worked well for me... I have read that folks drink anywhere from 4 oz to a full quart each day....reckon you could start low and see what helps...I would bet that after a few doses (as you call them) you gonna find your happy level........Have a whole lot of fun looking...ron in leander tx Quote

This means it helps restore the body from some of the effects of long term stress. But this does not mean it will reieve stress. If you hold your arms out for a minutee they will begin to ache and the pain increases the longer you hold them out. Eventually they'll become numb and freeeze in that position. If you drop your arms for a few second you'l be able to lift them up agaiin in a moment for a moment. It was not the Stress that caused the pain and lack of functon but HOLDING ON to it. For relief from srtress you must LET GO of the stressor. All stress results in a mucular contraction, usually in the shouders, the TMJ and the abdomen. If you slowly and delibrerately stretch out that clenched muscle the effect of the stress will fade. QiGiong or Yoga helps. http://www.csun.edu/~vcpsy00h/students/stress.htm rusty stress > kt and stress, has anybody tried it & if so what dosage & results did > you get. > les. Quote
Guest guest Posted July 23, 2006 Report Posted July 23, 2006 KT doesn't alleive stress for me... I find vitamin D (cholecalciferol) is excellent as an immediate stress releiver. You can find it in cod liver oil. I usually take around 400-2,000 IU depending on how much stress I'm under and it clears it all away - at least for a while. If you're still under the same stress, you'll need more frequent D. (It is best to get out of the stressful environment rather than to adapt to it.) Most people are deficient in D, but it is good to get your levels checked before starting on a serious suppliment regime. -Lana > > kt and stress, has anybody tried it & if so what dosage & results did > you get. > les. > Quote
