Will power only lasts me as long as temptation is too hard to

access. I try to shop only when I'm not hungry, in moments of great

strength I get rid of the snacks tucked away at my desk. It's

something I constantly battle against. I've even tried only putting

healthy snacks at my desk... but it doesnt help when the vending

machine is in the building. I keep a sign on my computer to remind

myself it's the consumption of calories that I have to avoid.

Because too much of a good thing is still.. too much. I wish I could

stay focused. I've lost 100 lbs but I still have a long way to go.

Forcing myself to go to the gym is another big battle. It's so easy

to be lazy when I get off of work or when the weather is bad

outdoors. I admire anyone with will power because mine really sucks.
