Guest guest Posted May 30, 2006 Report Posted May 30, 2006 Hi, I mentioned this before. I've done three of these flushes myself and yielded stones on the first two tries and am seemingly stone free on the third. I have been looking into my mother doing a flush. She is a diabetic [i've mentioned this previously]. I'm curious if any of our lists' diabetics have done this flush. I'm wondering what a good diet is for the day of the flush considering I can't give her fat, and not simple carbs or sugar really. I was thinking Hard boiled eggs without the yolk, brown rice and beans/peas? Any thoughts? I'm pretty sure egg whites are only protein and have no fat and that any fat present in beans are negligible to the flush? If you know different, please let me know. Also, if you have any testimonials to blood sugar lowering effects about it, or cautions/luck with often following diabetes troubles like triglyceride and cholesterol levels coming up too much, etc. Thanks guys. Here's to freedom of information/ P.S. I still can't seem to subscribe to that KT OT list. I did try though honestly. Quote
