I have been told by a reliable source that raw honey works great at removing

even old scars. You might look into that and perhaps even make a combo of

DMSO and honey.

DMSO is reported to penetrate bone in 20 minutes. As far as how it interacts

with silicone I would not think it would cross it since there is no

water in

the structure of the silicone membrane itself. DMSO acts by grabbing small

molecules and then displacing water from a cell membrane as it is 1.2 more

soluble in water than water (I know, gives me a headache too, but this

is what

the current thought is, that I am aware of at this time) and delivering the

substance it has grabbed into the cell.

It does not cross plastic.
