Are you asking for complete instructions on how to do an enema?

This is just a thought and totally untested but you

could put 5 cc amounts of dmso in an ice cube tray,

freeze them and then use as a suppository??

That might be a bit cold, but you can actually freeze DMSO in the

refrigerator since it freezes at 65 degrees. Might not be as cold as ice

since the frige is only 40 degrees and you could allow it to warm up a

bit at room temp since it will not start to melt until it reaches 65

degrees.

I use enemas for various purposes, various substances so the old

fashioned way works for me. Have yet to try a DMSO enema though. I think

I would start with a low concentration, like 20%. Maybe a cup or so of

total liquid. I always do a warm water enema first to cleanse. Lying on

my back and elevating my hips helps it get higher up into my colon. I

have read that you can actually achieve the same results as a high

colonic at home, with practice and by elevating the water source high

enough that you get some pressure, if you need it. Course with a cup of

liquid you won't need much pressure. But be careful not to introduce so

much water into your colon that you absorb too much and dilute your

electrolytes. A warning I read in an article about recreational enemas

-- something I had never thought of until I searched on enemas and read

a bunch of articles.

Do you use green or roasted coffee? I had always heard that you should

only use green organic beans, available on line from many coffee

suppliers who sell to people that roast their own.

Here is what I do. I bought a hot water bottle with a hose and rectal

tip at the drug store. I hang that from the shower door or towel bar.

I bleed any air from the hose after filling the bottle. Then I lay on

the floor on a towel, insert the tip, and unclip the clip on the hose.

It runs pretty fast when it is full and if it is running too fast or the

water is too warm then it can stimulate the colon too much so let it

cool or mix with cool water since DMSO release heat when mixed with

water. Or make your dilution and then wait a bit. You can practice with

just warm water and see. You will want to cleanse with warm water first

before doing the DMSO enema any way, so that you can more easily retain

the DMSO enema.

I elevate my hips either by pushing up on my feet or using a vanity

stool I keep in the bathroom. You can also get on your knees and insert

the tip. You just can't get as good a fill if you are going for volume

this way. Some people do this all in a bath tub to avoid soiling the

floor, some water can leak out. Or in some cases you can evacuate before

reaching the toilet but that has not ever happened to me. In the tub the

thought is you can lie on your back and evacuate right there in the tub

if need be. Depends on your situation I suppose.

Retention may require laying down for a bit. Although I have done them

and gone about my day, I generally don't leave the house for a few hours

just in case. This was more a concern with urine enemas, a form of urine

therapy that I did to kill candida (worked VERY well, I could smell the

yeast the first two times).

Hope that covers it but if you have any other questions I will try to

answer them. I know there are folks out there who know more than I do

about them but many do not talk about it or are interested in the

recreational aspects, so to speak. <grin>
