Hi, If you go to this site: http://silverlist.org/ you will find the " subscribe " info part way down. Though not at yahoo, this is---hands down---probably the best list for making/using CS anywhere on the net. The list members are extremely knowledgeable and helpful; there are also many health professionals subscribed here. Sharon

Guest guest
The list--silver data--that was mentioned is, in my opinion too, the absolute best out there. Plenty of very helpful information and he's not selling anything. He does recommend two (well, I'm not sure how many now as I haven't been to the site in a while) different CS unit makers. I went with the Silver Puppy one. I love it. It's a great unit. I got the first plain jane " one. But then I wanted to make more at a time--a gallon or so, as we put it in all the pets water here, and we take it too, and I'd been reading on the silver list that CS is much better--more regular each time--when it's stirred. So I ordered the new base that comes with an automatic stirrer. Have not regretted the extra money one bit! I bought a gallon glass pickle jar at a thrift store and I make a gallon at a time. So if you are going to buy a CS maker soon, check out the Silver Puppy site (I think it's www.silverpuppy.com ) and I'd highly suggest you get the unit with the automatic stir rod. I also bought the ppm tester that he has, and every batch that I make tests out in the range of plus or minus 1ppm! So I know I'm making great CS. And, if you have any questions, the guy who makes the silver puppy units is VERY helpful. Good luck. samala -------Original Message------- Which is the best Colloidal Silver list on Yahoo? Guest guest
In my opinion there are many informative sites for information re CS. However if you wish to make your own I have total confidence in a very simple apparatus that I use. I am grateful to Dr. Milewski for sending me the design for $2 . the $2 was to cover postage and photocopies. I think he also offers to sell you a machine for about $60.00. his contact info is: Jvmilewski@... Wes -------Original Message------- Which is the best Colloidal Silver list on Yahoo? Guest guest
Hi Belinda, I use the SG6 by Silvergen. www.silvergen.com I chose this one because it has stirring stick and it shuts off automatically. The stirring feature allows me to make a half gallon at a time. Moving the water keeps the machine from cutting off when the local area around the electrodes reaches the selected concentration. You have to move the water some how, others use an aquarium bubbler or magnetic stirring device with a plate the vessel sits on. I have not tried making a gallon with my SG6 but I think it would make a gallon too. It is more pricey, $200 when I bought it two or three years ago, but it has more features than the others mentioned here. The home made units using three 9 volt batteries are popular for those on a tight budget. You have to keep up with brew time and I think people mostly make smaller batches. I am told that there are better devices for producing true colloids, as these machines make mostly silver ions, not colloidally suspended atoms of silver. Small distinction but one that has caused much controversy. Some say atoms are more bio active. I have had good results with my mostly ionic, said to be 85% and 15% colloidal silver solutions. Because of the controversy you may see CS referred to as EIS - Electrically Isolated Silver, which covers both forms. I also bought the one gallon counter top water distiller to make my own distilled water for my SG6. It was around $100 and saves me hauling water home from the store or buying not so good distilled. If it trips the conductance meter, another feature of the SG6, then it is not pure enough. www.wholesalewaterdistillers.com Garnet Belinda Penegor wrote: > > > Thanks very much, > Belinda > > > * Re: CS info > > From: " asbhappy " <pennyacresfarm@... > <mailto:pennyacresfarm%40vallnet.com>> > Sent: Sunday, September 03, 2006 4:20 PM > > > Which is the best Colloidal Silver list on Yahoo? Guest guest
Thanks Garnet, My mother informed me I am in charge of deciding which one we get. So that means I get to do all the research, Ugh. Guest guest
I've exchanged many emails with the owner of the silver puppy company. He really knows what he's talking about! And he makes awesome machines with some great extras. His machines also allow you to make a really high concentration if you want. take a look at this page from the silver puppy site.
