vitamin b-6 and zinc

Like andra, I feel that b-6 and zinc are helping to calm my

reaction to trigger noises. Several times over the holidays, I've been

surprised at my lack of freak-out to various noises. I had to sit next

to a popping refrigerator on Christmas Day and I was okay, I was stuck

at home for days in a snowstorm with my coughing, sniffling, and throat-

clearing family with few episodes, and even the neighborhood dogs

haven't provoked as much of a response as usual.

I've been slowly increasing my b-6 intake, and it seems to be helping.
