Here is a recipe that I think would do at least some good. It has no caffine, it taste great, and for the most part is good for you. For one gallon: 3 bags of Celestial Seasonings Mandarin Orange Spice Tea 3 teaspoons (or 3 bags) peppermint leaves 1/2 cup of lemon juice 1 1/3 cup sugar (I know bad, can be replaced, but I am on the cheep right now) Boil some water (about 3 cups) and let tea bags and loose leaves steap for about 10 min. In gallon picture place sugar, lemon juice, steeped/strained tea, and fill with water and ice. Stir. Enjoy. I'm not saying this will cure our childrens ills, but it is a healthy alternative that taste great and does have healing properties, includeing , but not limited to, Vit c and peppermint. Peppermint helps get the bowels working. Too much and you have

diareah. The Mandarin Orange Spice tea has the following: orange peel hibiscus chicory rosehips blackberry leaves chamomile hawthorn berries cinnamon cloves coriander mandarin orange flavor and other natural flavors (??) Hope this helps someone! Susie ~ Susie wrote:

I wonder if Slippery Elm would work in place of the Senna, but use less of it???? nanastreasurebox wrote: I found Senna at 's health food store in the bulk bins. with the spices. $18/pound but 1/3 cup was about 50 cents. It was just leaves, and stems. 's is a small local chain, they have a wide variety of supplements. I'm sure it would be much more expensive, but there is teabags, Smooth Move.na CHRISTOPHER LOY writes: > Where can I find senna leaves? Thanks!
