Guest guest
Diane, I will be doing more research on the subject. My preliminary thought is that nanobacteria should respond to minocycline and doxycline, which are tetracycline-class antibiotics. This would mean that those of us on the AP are automatically treating nanobacteria. This raises the larger question of which pathogens actually cause RA. According to McPherson Brown, MD, developer of the AP, its micoplasma. But nanobacteria, which were not even known when Dr. Brown did his work, may be implicated as well. A challenge is that there are probably thousands of species of nanobacteria. These may cause different types of diseases and will assuredly respond differently to different treatments. Nanobacteria have been implicated in calcium deposits in arteries, kidneys and other organs. We're on the frontiers of medicine here. To learn more, go to www.google.com and search on the phrase +nanobacteria +tetracycline The following are some starter websites: http://naturalscience.com/ns/cover/cover14.html http://www.heartfixer.com/Treatment_resistant_extremophi.htm http://www.heartfixer.com/NB%20-%20Overview.htm http://www.drmirkin.com/morehealth/G135.htm Sincerely, Harald At 04:55 PM 2/7/03 +0000, you wrote: >Is anyone currently on the treatment for nanobacteria, and if so have you >had any success with it? And he plans to continue with some sort of chelation. But you are right the expense is great. I did some online research and there are many places to buy the " oral chelation " products if you do a search. We feel that one could acheave the same results w/o going through the more expensive company that your doctor refered to. It may take a bit longer to only do it orally instead of from both ends, but the cost is a major factor. & Marc

I too, couldn't afford keeping up with the IV chelation....I opted to try the oral troche chelation.....Didn't work out for me...Too much citrus and I had a reaction...I do not tolerate Vitamin C either....As far as suppository chelation, that was just not for me on general principles. Instead I have been taking a baby aspirin on Tetra days....I only take the Tetra on M-W-F as well as 100 mg Minocin on those days as well as 200 Mg Minocin on all other days.I do take Sunday off....(Never on Sunday)...LOL I MUST admit, to me, the Minocin is my life line, and definitely has priority!!!!...I know where I was 3 years ago, and where I am today.....By the way, I have Lupus, and Minocin has been a gift from heaven for me.... Guest guest
I know prostatitis has done the rounds in this list before but given where we all came from initially, I thought a paper on nanobacteria might be of interest. This page links to a 4 page pdf by Shoskes Regards Windsor http://www.prostatitis.org/urology.html
