I didnt notice anything with sexual imporvement but it def uplifts my mood but also made me little more jittery and neverous as I remember. > > Anybody tried SAMe? Guest guest Posted February 20, 2006 Report Share Posted February 20, 2006 I tried SAMe for about four months some years ago. Very expensive. No improvement in sexual functioning. It hyped me up, made me feel energetic and mentally clear but after a few months it seemed to make my sleep problems worse. My sleep problems BTW, seem to be much improved since having taken and now stopped selegiline. I feel I am sleeping more deeply and restfully. Velden > > Anybody tried SAMe?
