Guest guest
I'm not sure if anyone has posted this information before and it's been awhile since I was at TCI but I thought it would be helpful for people going to TCI for the first time to know while waiting for your appointment you have a great opportunity to expand your knowledge of Chiari even before you see the doctors. Unless things have changed (and they might have), TCI has a great research/library room located right off the reception desk that has a wide variety of educational DVDs you can watch. We told the nurse where we were going to be and she called us when they were ready for us. They also had 3 or 4 TVs that you can watch (you even get to use the remote!) LOL! Plus, there were 2 or 3 (can't remember how many) computers that you can access the internet on. On one of our visits, there were kids (obviously patients) playing on the Nick website. Can anyone update or correct me if things have changed?
