many forums are full of foolish people waiting for there docs to make

smart suggestions. guess what, it ain't happening.

actually worse is when there hearts are irreversably damaged because

someone did nothing ten years earlier.

Right you are, Tony. One thing I was impressed in those dental

studies (from my home state, you might note) was how they used

needle aspirations frequently, and yet you can't get docs in the

real world to do that. WHY? they're doing it in Dental school! It

was the needle aspirations into my jaw that showed what the nasty

bugs were (although you id'd the pseudomonas for me first, I think).

Unfortunately, the only doc I could get to do the needle aspirate

was my doctor friend who died from this same disease, and he did it

because he understood. I'm sure the med school didn't report staph,

etc., because they're considered contaminants from the oral cavity,

which is ridiculous. If they'd just put their heads together with

orthopedic surgeons who deal with bone infections in hips and feet,

they'd realize that these staph are deadly, deadly enough to cause

freqeunt amputation. All they'd have to do is culture them to figure

that out.

Hi Marie, I think it's a good thing too. but when I didn't have the containers it came out. Now that I have the containers it won't come out. So I just have to be patient. I'm guessing my forehead is cleaned out and maybe it'll take a few days for the brown stuff to be drawn in further like from my skull now or my cheek bones.

How about steaming your sinuses right before you need the sample. Steaming gets things moving for me.

Hi tony, the weird thing is I can feel it being pulled from my forehead and then it pours like water dwon my throat and I had to cough it out through my mouth to see what it was. It comes from deep within somewhere.perhaps I have this all arounf my skull and sinuses. Right now I feel my cheek bones and eyebrow bones having the "pulling sensation on them. we'll see what will happen tonight.

The thing about culturing, I have two lab containers. If anything does come out tonight, then I would have to cab it to my doctor's at 9 am to get him to fill out the requisition form. He just fills out sputum, so I don't know can they just check for general infections, or should I get him to write actinomyces, staph, strepto, what else? He 's not very knowledgeable but kind so medically I have to tell him the exact tests. It's unfortunate that I would have to get the actomyces cultured within 15 min, but maybe somehitng will be observed in the lab and that's a first step.

I think It's a sinus swab/and sputum mixedbecause it's pouring out both ways in brown, through the nose and down the throat from up in the forehead, etc.Then crystalls arise.

It may sound good over here, but on experimental if you try and get

them off there arse and show anger towards there doctors, they jump

on you like jack rabbits.

I just basically think giving mega bucks to wafflers instead of

getting both hands on your ilness and taking part in it's direction

and diagnosis is a long time ill.
