Guest guest
Howdy all.. I know... another boring slow cooker recipe! But simple and yummy on cold nights. 1.5 kl of diced beef - 8 fresh garlic cloves - 6 small brown onions quartered - 1 litre beef stock - 8 large carrots - 10 spuds - 6 zuchini Toss the beef in flour and gravox mix (find this makes a good gravy), brown in pan. Brown the garlic and onions and toss the whole lot in the cooker. Add the stock. Peel and chop the carrots, but leave them quite big, same with the spuds. I have had this cooking for about 4 hours, and it is nearly ready. I am going to toss in the zuchhini soon, cut about the same size as the carrots. says its looking and smelling quite good.... so thats gotta be ok!
