Sometimes it's better to allow ourselves the things we want...otherwise it could lead to a binge. Great job on just eating that one piece. That may have been just what you needed, and the important thing is that it didn't get you off track. I mean it's only one little piece, right? You are doing a great job...keep up the great work. Guest guest
Yes you are right...and I als measured myself today.. and since yesterday, I have gained 1-2 inches around my waist/hips...and the other inch on my bust. Yup, the same three inches I thought I had lost. Looks like I'm not getting anywhere even with diet and exercise. I'm just gaining and losing the same damn three inches. (Yesterday I put my jeans on freshly washed, and they were loose. Today after one day's wear they are tight. Thats when I measured myself.) The only saving grace is my abs are actually stronger. I can do much better crunches now. Re: Chocolate and one R-rated word >>Hey, , don't feel bad...Since going on the pill 3 1/2 months >ago " to get regular, " I have my period 3 weeks out of every 4! Guest guest
Thanks but tonight I had a piece of chocolate cake and a small a mount of ice cream, so it looks like I've blown the 21 dc. The thing is, those four days that I was off the sweets, I was eating twice as many calories because I was eating other stuff to stay away from sweets. so its probably just as well. guess I 'll just have to try using substitutions instead of abstaining. I know that 21 DC's work for some people, but they are not for everyone. I don't do them because, first, I wouldn't keep it, and, second, I need a program that I can live with forever. It sounds like you have done just great with desserts. I wish I could say the same. I was wondering if this is the " time of the month " (and I wonder why there are no men posting on this Board) for you? If so, everything (sticking with the 21DC, eating well, your relationship with the DH, ... ), may seem harder. Elena
