Guest guest
I must say that this is a very dedicated group. The different ideas and ways of doing things is a valuable experience I feel. Reading the variety of opinions and input from a wide range of experience is a positive. It is true that if we don't eat food and drink water we will die that is for sure. The things discussed in this group are therefore of an essential natural topic. The question of how much food and water that is required appears to be debated constantly. No doubt there are people from the medical profession reading, in there own good faith, honestly interested in improving the lives of people that carry to much fat, but I doubt little will come from their efforts. I say this because the amount of food and water consumed is an individual choice. If one looks at paintings and statues created in past history over the ages the archaeologists suggest fat bodies in paintings and statues indicates the good times when food was abundant and plenty, or a sign of Royality and or unusually great Wealth. And thin bodies in the paintings and statues indicated famine, drought, and times of hardship for the people of that historical period. North America has an abundance of food and considerable wealth at the present time suggesting over eating and fatty bodies is a sign of the times. ps: don't worry you'll become thin when your personal famine, drought, or hard times arrives. Nothing stays the same for ever.
