Aha! Makes sense.

This sounds wonderful. Sounds like even I (with my 6-inch kicks) could be

on a video.

I know so many people on the boards have said such great things about

her, that's why I was so surprised by her lack of enthusiasm. Like I

said, I'm gonna give her the benefit of the doubt and write it off as a

bad first impression. I'm going to try to make it to her gym opening

in Ohio if that takes place. I really didn't want to say anything

negative about anyone, but there was just something about her attitude

and comments that didn't sit right with me. But, I know how busy she's

been and it can't be easy keeping up with the hectic schedule she's on

and all the tapings she has to do. Hopefully, I'll get a chance to

meet her again and my impression will be changed!!

cuz I jumped in and stated BL1 had floor exercises when it was stated twice

there that no Basic Live tapes had floor exercises but I didn't read enough

to know it was in response to a person who already had BL1 and was inquiring

if other Basic tapes had floor exercises.

so one of the folks emailed me that I was undermining her post & shouldn't

jump in unless I read everything more thoroughly

ouch

some folks can be very touchy online

it was just a misunderstanding but like I said,

I was never comfortable posting there but did connect with a few folks in

other sections which load faster

(BTW I'm meeting another joisey Tae Bo fan from the board this Sunday!!)

Hey Barb how were you reprimanded?

who thinks Tae Bo should find a representative who's sole job is answering posts

like TQ use to have time to do. I dont blame her on that point

Some folks need to get over themselves. Also, its women like that that give us

the stereotype of being catty.

Who loves cats not moody women lol

-Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. I've

enjoyed everyone of your posts!

I always thought Marcy's name was Marge. It's great to know her real

name. ;-D She is my inspiration. I'm in total awe of this women and I

too hope to be in as good as shape as she is when I'm 76.

Was Debbie at any of the tapings? She wasn't in the #4 series.

TQ's demeanor surprises me too. But, deep inside I knew it was her

job. Barb-Vivian is so right. I too look forward to reading your posts. They always bring a smile to my face, but then you already knew it. I

agree about the long, long posts on TQ's forum. I too have missed more

posts than what I've read. I like them short and sweet.

Vivian-I wanted to wish you a happy b'day, too.

Debbie, who agrees with Sandy's comment about this nasty poster's

breakfast.

Yeah, she really is an inspiration isn't she and she's really nice. I

think she works out at 's gym all the time because everyone knew

who she was. She's got incredible energy, but she's not afraid to walk

it out when she needs to. But I guess by the third class in a row, who

can blame you for walking it out. I know that just doing two in a row

kicked my butt....I don't know how she does it, but she's definitely a

strong woman!

> Was Debbie at any of the tapings? She wasn't in the #4 series.

Yes, Debbie was there. She looked great...even better than on the

tapes, if that's possible. told me that she also has two

kids...WOW... I hope I can get my body to look like that someday and

I've only got one child..ha ha.

Actually, alot of the regulars looked even more defined and toned than

on the tapes, but I guess a little of that is the camera adding a few

pounds and the other part is just the passing of time and them getting

stronger from taebo!

you know even though she is in a position most folks would kill for

a job is still a job

and to be a people pleaser or role model or spokesperson 24/7 can get old.

In the beginning, she was probably running on adenaline

now maybe this celebrity status has taken a toll on her especially after an

injury and illness

Barb

who believe it or not never wanted to win a lottery cuz of the publicity

I am glad to know all you guys, because I really feel like everyone is honest here, and not putting on an act, and no one is getting paid to do this stuff. Anyways, this is how I feel...

BTW , I've really been enjoying reading your posts about the tapings, it's like I was actually there!!! Thanx for sharing your experience with us!!!

Besides, do you know anyone who really has time to read thru all the messages on that board??? It takes hours everyday to get thru the tons of blabbing... Although this egroup takes time to read everyday, at least, everyone gets to the point!!

again

it was all a misunderstanding!!

I can sort of understand why she felt the way she did cuz she didn't realize

it wasn't just her post I was responding to and that there was at least one

other poster who motivated my post. She took it less personally once she

realized that. So maybe it was just a tad soured milk in her cereal that

morning & she was entitled to that reaction.
