Yes, Lin, I do remember that, and possibly, I'm thinking, like me, you

probably don't have thousands of dollars to spend on an MRI or a scan of it.

If you had insurance or plenty of money, I know that you would have already

had these things and found out what was there. If you are able to do so,

that would still be the best idea. I'm so glad you're no longer losing your

hair and it's growing back! Are you feeling well now? If it's shrinking

with the thyroid hormone, then I'm quite sure that it was a nodule or some

such. Makes sense.

Would an ultrasound show anything? That would be a lot cheaper?

Sounds kinda scary to me.

Yes, I think that an ultrasound is cheaper, but I can't say whether it would

show less or more. I have a friend who forewent a scan of one little slice

of her knee because it was going to cost $1500 for that one little slice,

for a CT that is. We really can't wonder that a lot of people don't get

these things done.

My nodules have felt less noticable with Armour... have you had an

ultrasound done?

I wonder how many people out there with thyroid also have PCOS...the

symptoms (such as hair loss, weight stuff) are so often the same.
