I know she's older and weighs more - but she doesn't have any negative side effects with this dosage. Shari biotin Hi All... I've looked in Children with Starving Brains and found some information on biotin, but nothing about specific dosages. My son is 6 1/2, 50-55 lbs. Anyone else out there with a similar child and taking biotin?
