Guest guest
Could someone please give me some advice on box squatting. I understand that, if done properly, the exercise will have a beneficial effect on your ability to perfrom deadlifts. I'm using a very wide stance at the moment, sitting back onto the box (with my legs parallel) and then driving forward. I find that by doing them this way, I get no knee problems - I'm doing 8 sets of 2 reps with a minute in between each set. However what I am unsure about is whether these number of reps/sets etc that I'm doing means that I'm training as effectively and efficiently as possible.
