Guest guest
Ballota nigra & Mentha pip. are both very useful. You could still give ginger capsules. Guest guest
Hi Although I didn't vomit, I felt nauseas with 5 pregnancies all the way through. I found that glycyrrhiza helped and I constantly carried a little bottle of FE with me. I also added few drops of peppermint oil. I did not find any of the anti emetic herbs of much help. I binged on curries, probably to numb my stomach. At the time there were no ginger capsules on the market. Maybe ginger capsules (Lamberts) will help as well.
