Guest guest
Kristy - We would like to go but maybe it would be better if it were later on Friday so that people have the opportunity to check into their hotel room first before going over to the convention. Just a thought. Darlene workshop during conference PLEASE READ! Hi Everyone, We have a Met Life representative coming to speak at the conference on future planning. Future planning is not excluded to making wills. There are many issues you must know when caring for a child with special needs. (for instance, I am currently trying to get legal guardianship of Tim before his 18th birthday, if I do not, I will have NO say so over his education and IEP's!) There are many more topics that will be included in the future planning speaking. Our Met Life representatives can not come on Saturday due to other engagements. I feel that this topic is so important that I would hate for any parent (including myself!) to miss out on this opportunity. We would like to set up a workshop for the Met Life representatives for Friday, June 18th sometime in the afternoon.(maybe about 2:00) I need to know how many people would attend this workshop(no cost to you) on Friday, so we can obtain the space for it. Please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks, Kristy
Guest guest
Darlene, I agree that we should make it as late as possible, but I had the family reunion in mind. We will be having that around 7:00 so we don't want to make it too late. Everyone! I am open to suggestions on a time that is good for you for this workshop!
