What we decided was that everyone would send in their ideas and I would gather them together and then put a poll on the yahoo site where everyone can go and vote. It will be a majority rule that will be the winner. I have set myself up a sub folder to place all the ideas into. If you have an idea can you please research it first and then come back to us with the food they serve and the cost and when we would have to book for a December lunch. I was thinking we would give until beginning July for the suggestions to come in and then have the poll all of July and then after that August to get an idea of numbers that will be attending.
