Suzette,

Appears that you are doing enough for all of us! (Just kidding.)

I maintained working out 3x/week for many years & it did many things,

including vastly reducing pain & helping sleep. Working with a PT is a sound

idea. Need to go back to working out, but I WILL NOT have a baby!
