Guest guest
Dr. McCandless, what are Pic Mins? : I give most kids two Pic-Mins a day, which would give them 100mcg of Molybdenum. Since so many of our kids are high in copper, I think most of them can use some extra Mo to counteract it. This is what I found about dosing: Because a lack of molybdenum is rare, there is no RDA or RNI for it. The following daily intakes are thought to be plenty for most individuals: a.. Infants and children a.. Birth to 3 years of age: 15 to 50 micrograms (mcg). b.. 4 to 6 years of age: 30 to 75 mcg. c.. 7 to 10 years of age: 50 to 150 mcg. b.. Adolescents and adults-75 to 250 mcg.
