Since you don't know what will specifically rid your child of this, I would think copious hi-strength probiotics would be your best bet for both this and the yeast overgrowth. My favorite is Klaire's Ther-Biotics Complete, but recently since starting a lot of kids on TD-DMPS, I've been using their Ther-Biotics Detoxification Formula - it is really incredibly effective at one a day.
