I thought that the time was 9pm (pacific) and 10pm

(mountain).

My interest in doing it at the same time has more to do with imposing

structure on myself rather than the effect it might have in the world. ;o)

If there is any prayer (pun intended) of me doing this regularly, I have to,

uh, do it regularly.

9pm is too early. I'll be doing it at 10 more likely.

LIz,

We're fine shifting our meditation to 10 pm (California time) on Sundays if that

works better for you (and others with kids).
