It has to be done on an individual basis. but I do find most people do well with MilkThislte = also known as St 's Thistle. I like to ensure it has a high amount of the active ingredient - Silybin. also dandleion is great for the liver. anything bitter and sometimes sour too.... leslieanneashburn wrote: Ilanit, What are good liver tonifying herbs?
