Guest guest
I also did a Sunday visualization. I visualized my daughter walking toward me, saying hello and telling me about her day. Then I visualized a world of healthy, smiling children. Since I am battling a case of pneumonia in my left lung, I wasn't able to stay at it long because I am pretty uncomfortable right now, but I plan to continue this practice as well. It does give you a sense of the power of positive thoughts and the possibility that power holds. Sunday Meditation Dear List-Mates, We did the Sunday visualization and meditation as planned at 9 pm California time...and both of us got into it quite well. We had images of our community as a neural network of practitioners all working together to create a healing field for our children, images of children awakening and relating, and specific images of Chelsey taking the hand of a young man who was drawn to her... We sat for about 35 minutes this time and plan to continue the practice...It was both nourishing for us and revealed how powerful our community can be in supporting each other.
