This study uses a methodology called " Network Analysis Mapping " to show how

health care professionals interact with colleagues when choosing infant

nutrition products. It requires health care professionals to identify the

colleagues they recognize as experts and seek advice from. Although the

completion of a Network Analysis Mapping questionnaire requires you to

nominate health care professionals, it does not require that you disclose

any contact or private information of the nominated health care

professionals. Please note that AlphaDetail and/or our Client may use other

sources to obtain contact information of certain nominated health care

professionals and contact them in the future for matters involving their

medical expertise.

Privacy Policy Amendment:

AlphaDetail's standard privacy policy ensures that we do not disclose your

participation in AlphaDetail market research studies (i.e. results are

presented in aggregate and survey responses are provided anonymously).

However, the nature of this particular survey requires us to provide
