I do 1-3 drops, on average, when I do drop doses.

For some things I use it a lot, for instance paeonia root tinct for

menstrual etc. troubles, which tastes ghastly and works nicely.

I also use drop doses of pulsatilla, fresh herb, 1:2 95%, for people

who need to get onto new tracks.

And drop doses of a few other herbs.

Of course, my whole approach is in drops when I give tinctures - 15-30 drops

2-3x /day (sometimes 30-60 drops 2-3x /day, depending on the herb); but

then, dose is dependent on tincture strength, and with britmed tincture

strenghts you have to go tea/tablespoons, more likely than not.

More often than not, I usually go with teas, though.
